APMT1135 and APMT1604 are two sizes of the same insert shape: an 85 degree parallelogram milling insert with 11 degree clearance. In maker catalogues APMT1135 has a thickness of 3.5 mm and an overall length of about 11 mm; APMT1604 has a thickness of 4.76 mm and an overall length of about 17 mm. The cutter body decides which one you need.
Reading the code
The code follows the ISO 1832 insert designation. Taking APMT1604 letter by letter:
A: shape, a parallelogram with an 85 degree included angle.
P: clearance angle, 11 degrees.
M: tolerance class, the usual general-production class.
T: type, a hole with a chipbreaker on one side.
16 or 11: the size code.
04 or 35: the thickness code. In full ISO codes 04 means 4.76 mm.
Corner radius: in a full code, two digits such as 08 mean 0.8 mm. Catalogue names such as APMT1604PDER carry the radius in the dimension table instead (0.8 mm in the catalogue entries below).

These are one maker's figures for one edge type. Other makers' dimensions can differ slightly, so match the insert to the cutter body's own data.
Which cutters take which insert
The table lists only what each BVF product page states.
The pattern on our pages is that the BAP-300R coded endmills take APMT1135 and the BAP400R face mills take APMT1604. On the 20 mm endmill the insert depends on the option: the APMT1604 options have a 20 mm shank, and the APMT1135 options have a 19 mm or 20 mm shank.
What to check
Read the insert size on the cutter body or in its data sheet before buying inserts. The 1135 and 1604 sizes are not interchangeable in one pocket.
On the 20 mm endmill, choose the option with the insert you use before adding it to the cart.
Check the corner radius, edge type and grade you want against the cutter's data.
